This is the second home I’ve sold with Julie and Gadwood Group. They listed my mother’s home a few years ago and sold it FAST.
When I needed help selling a very unique property I interviewed three realtors. Julie impressed me with her level of advance research and her overall presentation and marketing plan. Once we agreed to work together, Gadwood Group moved quickly to create exceptional marketing materials and pre-listing buzz including a very well attended event for top-end brokers and agents.
At one point Julie told me she thinks about this property and how to sell it EVERY DAY…and I truly believe it!!!! She trained some of her top agents to show my home in case she was ever unable to attend a showing in person. She was always available, incredibly responsive and easy to work with.
As we received offers she helped me think through alternatives and create appropriate counters. And once the deal was done, she coached me on how to prepare for inspections, closing and a smooth transition to the new owners.

Julie was great to work with from start to finish. We contacted he on a recommedation frow a sales associate at Tallgrass Creek senior living. We need to sell my mother in laws ranch in KCMO. Julie met with me to walk through the house and within 30 minutes had a game plan. A few days later she present her listing proposal which was very comprehensive and what her approach would be. After we signed with her, she was in constant contact with us and provided frequent updates.
She got the house listed and on the market on a Saturday and we had a contract the following Saturday.
